I remember when we moved into Pinevale seven years ago. My oldest daughter was just turning one and we celebrated her birthday in our half-furnished new home. It was to be the first of many happy times we would have in this apartment. Since then, we have had another two additions to the family. This home holds so many fond memories for us that it is with a tinge of sadness that we put it up for sale. If you are looking for a place for you and your loved ones, ours could just be your Home Sweet Home.

Thanks to the folks at the award-winning DP Architects, the layout of our apartment is simply fantastic. Somehow it doesn't feel like a 119 sqm apartment. It's so spacious, particularly the living and dining areas, making it a comfortable place for your friends and family to gather. The kitchen is big enough for any self-respecting chef and all bedrooms a comfortable size (all three of our children sleep in the smallest bedroom and not even on bunk beds!). Every part of the apartment is of a regular shape, without any awkward corners or wasted niches and that's important because you're paying for every sqm so every sqm matters.

There is a wide range of facilities at Pinevale for you and your family to enjoy, including a huge swimming pool with jacuzzi jets and a baby pool, a tennis court, putting green, basketball pactice court, fitness park, foot reflexology path, children's playground, BBQ pavilions, clubhouse with gym, multi-purpose hall, games room, karaoke equipment, sauna, reading lounge and laundrette. Pinevale has everything you need to indulge in some recreation or to keep in shape. Who needs a country club membership when you have all these right here at your doorstep?
What's the use of living in a dream apartment if you have neighbours from hell who totally spoil it for you? Just think "Everitt Road", *shudder*. Well, I'm happy to say that we have a friendly and civil community here at Pinevale. The Management Committee is active in organising activities to bring the neighbours together. We've had karaoke competitions, mid-Autumn festival celebrations and art competitions. A group of neighbours have even set up a scout group for the children here. My next door neighbours are really nice and shower my kids with little gifts of snacks. No wonder the kids rush out to say hello every time they hear our neighbours leaving or returning home. You could consider carefully the location of your next home, the layout, the facilities, but there's not much you can do to find out about the neighbours, and yet that can make all the difference. You can rest assured that you'll have no such worry with our apartment.
